Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup water less 2 Tblsp.
  • 1 Tblsp. oil
  • 1/2 Tblsp. dry sherry
  • 1/2 Tblsp. baking powder (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, then dip your pieces of seafood.
