Lambchops (Shoulder Blade)

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 (or more) lamb chops in vacuum sealed bag
  • Garlic over each chop on both sides

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 24-26 hours at 140 degrees. Then brown in frying pan with a tablespoon of butter for 1 minute on each side. Heat frying pan before adding cooked chops.
