Chocolate Mousse

No added sugar, gluten free, egg free, dairy free

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamy coconut
  • 1/3 c cocoa powder
  • 1 cup soft, dried, pitted dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Refrigerate the can of coconut milk overnight to solidify and separate the cream. Scoop the cream into food processor
2. add remainder of ingredients
3. divide into 4 ramekins and refrigerate a few hours
