Choc-Chia seed pudding

Overnight pudding, creamy, wonderful for breakfast or a snack

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c Almond Breeze almondmilk, original unsweetened
  • 1/3 c Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 c cacao
  • 2-5 Tbsp maple syrup (or sub 5-9 dates)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • optional vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Add all to food processor and process. Rest overnight in fridge. Serve with nuts, chopped banana and hemp hearts
