Best French Toast

Beautiful batter Browns nicely to prevent soggy toast when served or re-heated

Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 t. Sugar
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 2 t. Baking powder
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- 2 eggs.
- 12 slices bread.
- Texas or thicker cut French bread works awesome, just needs a bit longer to have sides of bread (crust) fry.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together.
Dip bread into batter coating both sides.
Fry in canola oil,
Flip when side is nicely browned.
Again, thicker bread slices will require a bit more time to cook the crust sides of the bread.
