Ingredients
- 12 oz Chocolate Chips
- 12 oz Butterscotch chips
- 2 cups peanut butter, melted
- Mix together
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup vanilla pudding mix (Not instant)
- 1 1/2 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 large bag salted spanish peanuts with brown skins
Preparation
Step 1
Mix chocolate chips and peanut butter. Melt
Put 1/2 in 9×13 pan
In saucepan cook butter, cream, pudding mix one minute. Remove and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour over above.
Add salted peanuts
Put balance of chocolate chip mix on top.
