Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
- 4 TB oil
- 2 TB chili powder
- 2 envelopes onion soup mix
- 1 TB cumin powder
- 2 cups hot black coffee or Sanka
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef in the oil, crumbling with fork till pink color disappears. Stir in onion soup mix & coffee, medium heat. Remove 1 cup of meat mixture to blender. Puree high speed till mixture resembles cement mortar. Return to remaining meat mixture & add remaining ingredients. Heat gently 1 hour.
Serve in hot dog buns, hamburger buns or in in bowls.
