Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 lb Ricotta
- 3 Eggs
- 4 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- Icing
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 1 box Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Food coloring.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together the butter, and sugar then add vanilla, Ricotta and eggs adding one egg at a time.
Sift together the flour, powder and soda. Add to the butter mixture. Drop by the teaspoonful onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
