    lb Butter

  • 1

    Cup Sugar

  • 2

    tsp Vanilla

  • 1

    lb Ricotta

  • 3

    Eggs

  • 4

    Cups Flour

  • 1

    tsp Baking Powder

  • 1

    tsp Baking soda

  • Icing

  • 1/4

    lb Butter

  • 1

    box Confectioner's Sugar

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • Food coloring.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cream together the butter, and sugar then add vanilla, Ricotta and eggs adding one egg at a time. Sift together the flour, powder and soda. Add to the butter mixture. Drop by the teaspoonful onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
