DT More Beef Stew
- 6 TB gravy mix
- 1 qt beef broth
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of celery soup
- 2 tsp instant tea powder
- 1/4 cup (1 envelope) onion soup mix
- 2 c cooked sliced carrots
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- 3 c diced leftover pot roast
- 2 c diced, cooked, peeled potatoes (or peeled, cut-up baked potatoes)
Combine all ingredients in 2 1/4qt casserole and bake covered at 350 degrees 40-45 min or til bubbly.
Serves 6 to 8.
May be frozen up to 60 days if well wrapped & sealed.
You may adjust the seasoning before serving adding salt & pepper to taste.
