Ingredients

  • 6

    TB gravy mix

  • 1

    qt beef broth

  • 1

    (10 oz) can cream of celery soup

  • 2

    tsp instant tea powder

  • 1/4

    cup (1 envelope) onion soup mix

  • 2

    c cooked sliced carrots

  • 1

    cup cooked peas

  • 1

    cup finely diced celery

  • 3

    c diced leftover pot roast

  • 2

    c diced, cooked, peeled potatoes (or peeled, cut-up baked potatoes)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in 2 1/4qt casserole and bake covered at 350 degrees 40-45 min or til bubbly. Serves 6 to 8. May be frozen up to 60 days if well wrapped & sealed. You may adjust the seasoning before serving adding salt & pepper to taste.
