Bacon Jam Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 Button Mushrooms Caps
- 8 oz The Bacon Jams All Original Spreadable Bacon
- 4 oz breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Fold the bread crumbs into the bacon jam.
Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap with a heaping mound of the bacon jam and bread crumb mixture.
Place them evenly onto a lightly oiled baking sheet and set in oven.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until The Bacon Jams start to glaze over the sides of the mushroom caps. Serve hot!
