BEAN SALAD-A NEW WAY

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) can red kidney beans, well drained
  • 1 (31 oz) can pork & beans, DO NOT drain
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup bottled Italian Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together kidney beans, pork & beans, plus sweet pickle relish and Italian Dressing. Combine lightly in a serving bowl.

Cover & refrigerate 24 hours before serving.

Makes 10-12 servings.

Recipe may be doubled or tripled accordingly. Do not freeze this salad.

Keep leftovers refrigerated to be used with a week.
