HONEY SOY GRILLED ROAST

Have not been able to prepare this without burning a portion of the meat, but the dogs don't mind eating the charred scrapings.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef roast (chuck, sirloin tip, shoulder or eye of round)
- Marinade
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chicken bullion
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Glaze
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in resealable bag.
Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over meat; seal bag and refrigerate 6-8 hrs or over-nite, turning bag a few times.
To grill, cook over high heat X 25-45 minutes, turning very often to prevent burning.
While grilling, baste roast often w/marinade.
Remove from grill and place on platter. Pour glaze over roast and spread to cover.
