Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) can Tomato Soup
- 1/2 a soup can Port Wine or purple grape juice
- 1/4 cup bottled Italian Dressing
- 1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients through blender, high speed, till smooth.
Transfer to 2 qt saucepan, cooking on medium heat, stirring often, till piping hot.
Sufficient to serve with 1 lb cooked spaghetti.
MEAT SAUCE OPTION:
2 TB oil
1 1/2 pounds ground round
1 tsp seasoned salt
In heavy skillet, combine oil with ground round & seasoned salt, browning beef on med-high till all pink color disappears. Crumble beef with back of fork & add to completed sauce in the saucepan.
MUSHROOM/MEAT SAUCE:
Drain 8-oz can mushrooms and add with crumbled, browned beef to sauce as directed above.
