GINGER PUNCH

Nice for parties; just remember to make the ice ring ahead of time.




Ingredients

  • Grape Ice Ring (below)
  • 3 cans (12 oz each) frozen lemonade
  • concentrate, thawed
  • 2 1/2 quarts cold water
  • 2 bottles (28 oz -each) ginger ale,
  • chilled
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen white grape juice
  • concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Make grape ice ring (below. Mix concentrates., water and ground ginger in large
punch bowl; stir in ginger ale. Place grape ice ring, fruit side up, in punch bowl.

Seedless grapes
lemon slices
1 ` can (12 oz) frozen white grape
concentrate, thawed
1 bottle (28 oz) ginger ale, chilled


Arrange grapes and lemon slices in 8-cup ring mold. Mix concentrate and ginger ale
into mold. Freeze until solid (approx4 hours) but no longer than 48 hours. To remove from
mold. run cold water over inverted mold until ice ring releases.
