AVOCADO****Creamy Avocado Soup

This was great for both. Would make a great summer dinner. Initial recipe was garnished with a crab salad, which did nothing for it.
20/06/15 - Update - Made as a lunch for me. I topped it with a few croutons, some sliced toasted almonds which were lying around, a drizzle of best olive oil and a sprinkle of chipotle chili powder and smoked Maldon salt - perfect (for me, at least)

Ingredients
- 4 servings
- 3 ripe peeled avocados, coarsely chopped
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (0%)
- juice of one large lime
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
* Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Chill soup until ready to serve.
