Okinawa Dango (Fried Doughnuts)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Lightly whisk together milk and eggs. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.

Shape dough into small balls and deep fry.

Dust with powdered sugar, optional.
