Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well and shape into balls.
Dip balls in sugar and flatten with back of a glass.
Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes.
