Ginger Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped crystallized
  • ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Combine milk, sugar, salt and cooked rice in heavy bottomed saucepan. Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes.
Stir in ginger. Serve warm.
