Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/3 cup finely chopped crystallized
- ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, sugar, salt and cooked rice in heavy bottomed saucepan. Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes.
Stir in ginger. Serve warm.
