Chicken & Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • Onion
  • Parsley
  • 2 C Bisquick
  • 2/3 C Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Clean chicken and place in a large pot of water, parsley, and onions. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer for about 45 mins to an hour. Take out the chicken and use this water for your dumplings. Stir 2 cups of bisquick mix with 2/3 cup milk until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling water. Reduce heat; cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover; cook 10 minutes longer.
