Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Dash salt
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut
- Raspberry jam

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cream sugar and butter until light. Add eggs beating well after each. Blend in milk, vanilla and lemon juice. Stir in dry ingredients. Add coconut. Mix well. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Make indentation. Fill with jam and top with dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375.
