Ingredients
- 3 tbs. pan drippings (this could be the grease left from cooking bacon, the oil left from cooking chicken or chicken fried steak etc.)
- 3 tbs. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- or for milk gravy just use all milk; 2 cups.
Preparation
Step 1
Stir 3 tbs. flour into 3 tbs. pan drippings; cook and stir over low heat until lightly browned. Stir in milk and broth until thickened.
