Shrimp and Broccoli

  • 8 ounces broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil, divided use
  • 1 teaspoon Asian seasoning blend (such as McCormick's Far East flavor)
  • 8 ounces large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • salt and pepper



Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, toss broccoli with 2 teaspoons oil and the Asian seasoning. Spread on an ungreased baking sheet. Roast 10 minutes. Meanwhile, toss shrimp with remaining oil and a little salt and pepper. Remove broccoli from the oven; toss. Add shrimp to baking sheet and return pan to oven. Roast 5 minutes. Turn shrimp and toss broccoli again. Roast another 2 to 3 minutes, just until shrimp are pink and broccoli begins to brown.
