Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, preferably grassfed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 8 ounce package mini lasagna noodles
- 1 package pepperoni
- 1 jar Ragu original spaghetti sauce
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 10-ounce grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef and onion until meat is browned; drain. Cook noodles until almost tender. Combine all ingredients into layers in crock pot, except for 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 2 hours.
