Ingredients
- English Muffins, toasted under broiler
- Butter
- Pizza sauce
- Mushrooms, drained or pepperoni, sliced paper thin
- Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- Parmesan, grated

Step 1
Cut surface of split English Muffins and buttering each while still hot. Apply sauce. Then apply mushrooms or pepperoni. Add Mozzarella Cheese atop that and a sprinkling of Parmesan over that.
To freeze, place each half into a freezer-safe containers, securing lid. Date each to be used within 3 months.
Then you don't even have to thaw them before placing the frozen muffin pizza on ungreased cookie sheet and baking at 425F about 20 to 25 minutes or till bubbly.
OR
Microwave defrost about 4 minutes per half of muffin pizza and then place under broiler--3" from broiler heat--about 3 or 4 minutes or until bubbly.
