Carrot-Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 2/3 cups vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/4 cups icing sugar
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan. Beat butter until creamy. Beat in both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and beat in alternately with yogurt. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Bake 50 -60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely.
Frosting:
Combine ingredients. Beat until smooth. Drizzle frosting over top of cake
