Ingredients

1 lb uncooked brats - casings removed
1 medium chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 32 oz pkg frozen tater tots
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble brats into lg skillet, add onion. Cook over medium heat until no pink, drain. Stir in soup. Transfer to greased 9x13 pan. Top with sour cream and tater tots and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
