Ingredients
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1.5 cups warm water

Step 1
In a bowl, stir the flour, slat, yeast and water until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and set at room temperature for 8-24 hours. Turn dough out onto well-floured surface and form into a ball. Rest for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, place baking dish with high sides into the over and preheat to 450 degrees. Slash X on top of bread, carefully transfer to baking dish and cover. Bake 30 minutes; uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
