Ingredients

  • 2

    pork tenderloins

  • 2

    Tablespoons of butter

  • 3/4

    cup chopped onion

  • 1

    can whole cranberry sauce

  • 1/2

    cup brown sugar packed

  • 2/3

    cups water

  • 2

    Tablespoons of lemon juice (you can leave this out)

  • 1/3

    cup of chili sauce

  • 1/4

    cup soy sauce

  • 2

    teaspoons prepared mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place fat side of tenderloins down in roasting pan. Cook 2 hours covered. Melt butter in skillet and saute onions until tender. Add remaining ingredients, simmer 15 minutes. Pour fot off meat. Pour half sauce over meat. Bake 20-30 minutes longer, basting often. Serve extra sauce on side.
