Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 2/3 cups water
- 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice (you can leave this out)
- 1/3 cup of chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place fat side of tenderloins down in roasting pan. Cook 2 hours covered.
Melt butter in skillet and saute onions until tender. Add remaining ingredients, simmer 15 minutes. Pour fot off meat. Pour half sauce over meat. Bake 20-30 minutes longer, basting often. Serve extra sauce on side.
