Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup ground pecans or walnuts
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg lightly. Mix in milk.
In another bowl combine next 5 ingredients. Stir. Dip chicken into egg mixture and coat with nut mixture. Arrange skin side up in greased pan large enough to hold in single layer
Drizzle with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until tender.
