Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped green cabbage
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked unsalted rice
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 T oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cabbage, peas, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry 3 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Remove and reserve.
Heat remaining oil. Add chicken. Stir-fry 3 minutes. Thoroughly blend soup, water, soy sauce and pepper. Stir into chicken. Add rice and veggies. Heat through and serve.
