Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Hass avocado, halved, pitted and peeled.
  • 1.5 cups lo fat buttermilk
  • 1 cup chopped herbs (parsley, basil, chives)
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp white vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse avocado, buttermilk, herbs, vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, refrigerate at least 1 hour.
