Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons roasted ground sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground Korean chile (gochugaru)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup slivered red onion

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add lettuce and onion; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
