Simple Sesame Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons roasted ground sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground Korean chile (gochugaru)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup slivered red onion

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add lettuce and onion; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
