Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat mayonnnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients; spoon into 9 inch quiche dish or pie plate. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
