Cucumber Dip

Ingredients

• 1 pint sour cream
• 1 tbsp + 1 tsp horseradish
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tbsp minced chives
• 1 tsp season salt
• 1 tsp dill weed
• 3 cloves crushed garlic
• black pepper
• vinegar to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Use crisp cucumber strips for dipping.
