Ingredients
- 4 C blueberries
- 1 C sugar
- 3/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 C flour
- pastry for 2-9-inch pie crusts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, slat and sugar together. Add blueberries. Put in pie shell and cover with second crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 25-30 minutes more at 350 degrees.
If frozen berries are used, back a little longer.
