Ingredients

  • 1/3 C Cous Cous
  • 1/2 C chicken stock
  • 1 tsp oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil, add any spices desired, brown. Add stock, bring to boil, then add cous cous, stir. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes, fluff and serve
