PARMESAN CRISPS

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups (8 oz.) finely shredded Parmesan cheese Vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, forming a 2” round, on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining cheese, leaving 1” between rounds. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Quickly remove cheese crisps from baking sheet with a spatula. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
