Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, stems removed
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
- 1/2 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix (made with reduced-oil directions)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked brown rice
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Brush vegetables and chicken with 1/4 cup dressing; place on grate of grill.
GRILL 6 to 8 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with some of the remaining dressing. Transfer vegetables to serving plate. Grill chicken an additional 3 to 4 min. or until cooked through (165ºF).
MIX rice and parsley. Serve with the chicken and vegetables.
