Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 c vinegar
- 7 c sliced cucumbers
- 1 c sliced onion
- 1 red or green pepper sliced
- 2 T salt
- 1 t celery seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and vinegar together. Stir until dissolved but do not heat. add the salt and celery seeds. Place cucumbers, oonions and peppers into 2 quarts or container, then pour vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and refrigerate 24 hours.
