Chicken and Pear Salad
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (29 oz.) can pear halves, drained
- 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken (or turkey)
- 1 cup sliced celery
- Leaf lettuce
Stir together first 3 ingredients. Reserve 4 pear halves. Chill
Dice remaining pears, add with chicken and celery to mayo mixture. Toss to coat well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Arrange salad and reserved pear halves on lettuce. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
