Ingredients
- Meatloaf mix ground
- Ground chicken
- I jar trader joes marinara sauce
- Sautéed onions
- Grated garlic (2)
- Mixed vegs Carrots peas broccoli
- Mushrooms
- Make mashed potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onions with butter in microwave 2 minutes
Brown meat breaking into pieces
Add onions, garlic, sauce
Put into pan
Top with mashed potatoes
Bake in oven 350 for 45 minutes
