Lemon Delight

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 sticks butter
  • Layers:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2.5 cups cool whip (thawed)
  • 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crust ingredients and press into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat till smooth and creamy.
Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Combine and spread over crust.
Whisk together pudding and milk until thick.
Spoon over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours before serving.
