Strawberry Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 - 16 ounce container canned strawberry frosting
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows, divided
- 3/4 cup pecan chips, divided
- 3/4 cup chopped chocolate candy bar, divided (3 full-sized bars)
Preparation
Step 1
Line an 8x8 pan with foil. Set aside.
Place the white chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir until melted.
Spoon the frosting into the melted chips. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Stir together 3/4 cup marshmallows, 1/2 cup pecan chips, and 1/2 cup chopped candy bars. Add to the strawberry mixture and stir very quickly. Do not stir too much or the chocolate bars will melt. Pour immediately into the prepared pan.
Top with the remaining marshmallows, pecan chips, and chocolate bars. Press these into the top gently. Let cool completely before cutting into 36 squares. Store in a sealed container.
Yield: 36 pieces of fudge
