Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 to 1 cup seedless grapes, cup in half (or 11 oz. can mandarin oranges)
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 3/4 cup mayo and 1/4 cup cream ( or 1 cup mayo)
- 2 teaspoons onion, grated (optional)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Blend curry, mayo, cream and onion. Mix into other ingredients.
Serve chilled over lettuce leaf, in a tomato shell or on a slice of fresh pineapple.
