Ingredients
- 250 gm Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 250 gm Unsalted Butter
- 1 kg Icing Mixture (Bundaberg Gluten Free)
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature.
Beat for 1 minute, until smooth.
Add lemon juice, vanilla and icing sugar.
Beat for 4 minutes, until smooth and a palate knife consistency.
