Chicken Argentine

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken pieces
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken in oil for 10 minutes per side. Mix dry ingredients together. Sprinkle over chicken. Drizzle with sherry. Simmer covered for 40 minutes.
