Spread - Mixed Olive and Tuna Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
  • 2 tea. chopped klamata olives
  • 2 tea. chopped black olives
  • 2 tea. chopped green olives
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon zest
  • 1 5-oz. can undrained tuna in oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except tuna, blend well. Gently fold in tuna with oil.

Serve immediately or refrigerate. Remove 15 minutes from refrigerator before serving.
