Ingredients
- 325 gm SR Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250 gm Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tblsp Cocoa
- 1 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 3 tblsp Queen Red Food Color
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 347 *F
Into a bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt, cocoa. Hand mix until combined.
In another bowl, add eggs, oil, buttermilk, vinegar, red food colour and vanilla, mixing on slow speed until incorporated.
Add flour mix to liquids, mixing for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix on medium for 2 minutes.
Spoon mixture into cupcake papers; bake for 35 min or skewer comes out clean. Cool and refrigerate.
