Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed sour cream and onion flavored potato chips
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2" cubes
- favorite dipping sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread crushed chips in shallow dish. Beat together egg and milk in second shallow bowl. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then dredge in chips.
Place chicken on baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces. Refrigerate any leftovers.
